Code of Ethics – Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below apply to all services provided by Love Laughter Cinnamon (“I; me; my”) to any individual or organisation (“the client; you”) and constitute the contract for the service to be provided for the client.

Liability Disclaimer

I make no representation or guarantee, express or implied, as to the information, materials, or services offered to the client. By using my website or booking a service, you explicitly acknowledge that all Tarot and Oracle Readings and associated advice are intended for the sole purpose of empowering you to make your own choices.

I do not claim to predict the future. You may wish to seek another reader if this is what you are looking for.

I seek to enable the client to use the information provided to further personal development through positive direction and guidance.

The client has sole responsibility for any decisions they may make following the use of any information provided by us. I accept no liability for the client’s actions. I have no liability for any loss, financial or otherwise, incurred by the client following the use of information provided by me.

The services supplied do not take the place of those provided by medical or legal professionals.


All personal information supplied to me by the client will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, save where required by law.

Everything you say during the booking and reading process is strictly confidential unless the situation is possibly life-threatening.

All documentation and information relating to the client will be held according to the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.

Reading Procedure (Zoom and Email Readings)

Full payment is due before any services are provided.

The length of a reading via Zoom depends on the number of cards drawn but is usually 10 minutes per card.

I will interpret the cards to the best of my ability and conduct the reading honestly and openly. If I cannot interpret the cards clearly, I will tell you.

I reserve the right to refuse to perform a reading for a question I cannot answer, or one that goes against this Code of Ethics or my morals.

Cancellations, Lateness, Refunds & Rebooking Readings

If you need to change a booked reading session, you should provide at least 24 hours’ notice. In exceptional circumstances, I may need to change a booked session; in these circumstances, I will use reasonable endeavours to provide a satisfactory solution for you.

In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, or other reasonable reasons, I can decide to terminate the service early or refuse to provide further services to the client. In such a circumstance, the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by me where practicable and refunded for payments made for reading sessions not yet begun.

There is no refund or rebooking for no-shows on Zoom. I will wait five (5) minutes for your arrival, but after that, I consider this to be a no-show.

I do not offer refunds for my services for any reason. Please ensure my services are suitable for you before booking. You can review the free resources provided on my website and my social media channels, as linked on my website, to determine an idea of my style and principles.
